Lot's of transitions

Dash transition Feb. 2012 in Bangpoo / Bangkok, Run - Bike - Swim - Bike - Run - Swim - Bike - Swim - Run, lot of transitions, great fun, end up third loosing at the spring to Erwan from Singha beer. Next time will beat him!!
