10º Maratona de Sao Paulo, Abril 2004. 4:12!

I´ve run the Sao Paulo marathon just 2 weeks after the Lisboa one, it was in the mid of our holliday in Brazil, amazing tryp!

Dont´t have any special remenber from the marathon, Sao Paulo is not beautiful city and I´ve suffer quit a lot since was not prepare at all to run two marathons in two weeks.

Madrid 2002, 4:07!

This was my first marathon, me and my friend Joao Hebil join together, he was the one that brought me into running. I´m really grateful to him, running is one of the most beautiful experiences that happen in my life!

Forssan Suvi-Ilta, Finland 2002. 4:27!

My second marathon was in south of Finland close to Helsinki, really nice weather and was beautiful to run through the lakes close to the city of Forssa. I was not prepare at all to run it, maybe it will be my slowest marathon ever.

This was combined with a meeting I had with Atlas Copco, another crazy experience was to jump in cold / frozen water lake naked between smoked sauna with my company colleagues.

During the marathon met two ladies mid 40´s that help me with the time unfortunatly left my running watch at home, also remenber that had no tape in the nipples, it was painful.

As showed in the picture, was pretty tired when fininshed, after this very tough one was almost two years without running any marathon.

Singapore Marathon 2004, 3:52:13!

Lucky me that I have really understandable wife, I´d like to thank Sandra for all the support she always gave me to keep running!

I´ve ran Singapore marathon in my honeymoon, after a night that had not much sleep I´ve started the marathon at 5 am to avoid the highest temperatures during the day, even though was tought with the humidity, anyway finished with 3:52!

Was so far the better organized marathon I´ve participated, great with the support and organization! I will come back.
