Great weekend in Phuket with the family in the first weekend of December 2011, we stayed at Laguna Resort, excellent facilities, very friendly for Diniz, nice swimming pool and beautiful lagoon linking other resorts nearby, we had good time together
I had a good race, ok swim (34:59), careful on the bike due to the rain and steep downhills (2:47:38), then went very, very hard on the run killing myself in the first half and paying in the second half with some cramps (1:43:29). Happy with the result regardless, huge improvement since my last half-ironman in Madrid 2010 but lot of room for improvements, finish with 5.11:10
