Run at home is always good, maybe give extra motivation. I met in the morning of 7th with my close friends, Cesar and Rupio who were running the half marathon, in the Praça do Comercio, historical plaza in Lisboa.
I have started the race at 9:00 am and my friends at 10:30 am. The course was pretty flat, along the Tejo river and a bit around downtown (Rossio), was rainning and windy when run towards west. I felt quit well during the race, enjoyed the presence of many foreigners that came to run in the capital of my country.
Finished in 3:23:21, felt could do a bit better, maybe too slow in the beginning but we never know. This is the 3rd one in 3 month, the next will be in Thailand, certantly the conditions will make it much thougher than this one.

Met my friends again in the finish line, Rupio was specially excited about his first half marathon, Cesar did already one before but this one didn´t manage to finish but both agreed it was fun. Myself, do love to run at home!
